Annette Weiner is an interior designer and faux finisher whose career started ten years ago with Platte Ridge Interiors where she began her internship. She has been contracted as a designer and faux finisher in cities including: Fords New Jersey, Orlando Florida, Leawood Kansas as well as Kansas City Missouri. Her area of expertise includes: wall treatments, cabinetry, ceilings, ceiling medallions, trim moldings as well as furniture refinishing. Additionally, Annette is a realtor for Century 21 All-pro and has been successfully working in the Kansas City market for more than 7 years. Her combined experience as both a realtor and interior designer has given her a competitive edge for homeowners, buyers and sellers as well as property investors. Her ability to stage, faux finish, and design has been a great benefit to her clients.
Mitch Weiner has been a commercial and interior designer for sixteen years. His experiences, with a Kansas City based import company, have taken him overseas to design gift and seasonal glassware for retailers including: Hallmark, Walgreen’s, Target, Rite-aid and other major merchants. Additionally, Mitch has been in residential property management with his wife for the last three years. His experiences in commercial design has helped him to expand and utilize his knowledge, skill and ability to successfully rehab and remodel properties adding value and rich character.
Mitch and Annette complement each other as they provide a vertical approach as designers and faux finishers; they combine their skills to employ a synergistic advantage in the market place. Both are committed to continue their training in faux finishing as new trends, treatments and techniques develop.
Mitch and Annette have three lovely kids; Vincent, Destiny and Ethan.
